Step 1

To start You need to type down the city where You want to reserve the hotel. Then add dates of arrival and departure, hotel class (further You will be able to choose any variation of classes required), number of rooms, amount of adults and children (some hotels have discounts or even free accommodation for children) taking part in the journey. You need to select your nationality (Some hotels have nationality as mandatory information to book the room).

To choose the city, start typing its name in Russian, after several seconds the tab with a list will show up. Choose the suiting variant on this list.

After filling in all spaces click "ПОИСК" button.

Step 2

When the page opens You will see the list of hotels on the dates chosen earlier. You can sort the page using a sorting tool on the top right of the page. It can sort hotels by the price (from the lowest for the stay to the highest), alphabet or the distance from the chosen location.

Also, You can use searching filters, placed on the top and left of the webpage. The filter on the top chooses the location and distance around it. On the left, You can find several useful filters. You can set the price filter by moving the slider. Hotel class and special location(hotel near the airport, hotel in the city center, etc.) filters can be set by picking several variants. On the bottom left the filter cleaning button can be found.

When the hotel is chosen click "Больше Цен" button.

Step 3

You are relocated to the page of the chosen hotel. Here You can find photos of rooms, hotel interiors and exteriors. More than that You can read the description of the hotel and list of available services (room facilities, meal options, the availability of swimming pool and SPA).

On the right, You can see the map of the hotel surroundings and the details of your reservation. Here you can check and correct the reservation you are planning to make.

At the bottom of the page, the list of available rooms can be found. Choose the room You are interested in and press the "Выбрать этот номер" button. After that confirm the chose pressing the "Бронировать" button at the top of the page.

Step 4

You are relocated to the personal identification page. Fill in the information about all members of the journey. All the spaces with a red star above and index space are mandatory for completing.

Do not forget to check that You agree with the terms of agent act and privacy policy.

Check if the personal information and the hotel price are correct. Then press to continue at the bottom right.

Now You are on the payment page. Choose the way to pay - card payment (be aware that card payment is subjected to a 2% tax) or bank payment (available only for reservations with cancellation options). After choosing the way, press "забронировать" at the bottom of the page.

Depending on the choice follow the instructions and fill in the card details or (for bank payment) download the bank details.

After the payment confirmation, You will receive all the information about the reservation on your email address. After the reservation is complete, our manager will contact You to verify the details of the order.
