Airline Sales Manager

Requirements:
experience in Galileo and Amadeus systems (as a second system)
fluent and competent knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian
knowledge of English at a level sufficient to understand technical texts, business correspondence and communication with foreign partners
PC skills, knowledge of office programs
higher education
customer orientation, desire and willingness to help

Duties:
search for convenient routes, miscalculation of optimal tariffs
Providing information to the client about flight schedules, availability, best rates, special offers, etc.
booking and ticketing
return / exchange of air tickets
database maintenance, information processing, reporting
work with corporate and individual clients
cooperation with travel agencies and airlines
reservation of additional services
solution of problem and emergency situations
